Wraparound Care - Breakfast Club / Stay & Play

Our wraparound care sessions are run by school staff and bookings are made via www.parentpay.com, our online booking system.  Places are limited so booking is essential.

We accept childcare vouchers and the Government Tax Free Childcare; please speak to the school office for clarification. You will need to do this in advance of booking and allow us 3 days to credit your account.  If you book without crediting your vouchers you will be asked to make a payment at the end of your booking transaction or if your booking exceeds your voucher amount you will be asked to pay the difference at the end of your transaction.

 Breakfast Club

Monday to Friday - 8am-8.45am - £3 per session

Our Breakfast Club offers a safe and fun environment for children before school.  Children are given a choice of cereals, toast with toppings, fruit, milk, juice or water.  This club is held in the school hall and entrance is through the gate to the right of the main office.  This gate will be opened promptly at 8am and closed again at 8.18am. 

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance through the school office and payment of £3 made through Parentpay.

Stay and Play

Monday to Friday - 3.15pm to 5.25pm

Stay and Play will offer a safe and fun environment for children after school, with activities such as outside play, board games, reading, time for homework and socialising.  Each child will be given a snack such as toast, biscuit, fruit, milk, juice or water.

This club will be held in the Activity Room and during good weather the children will also have access to the playground.  

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance through the school office and payment of £6.50 made through Parentpay.

Your child may attend another school run club and then come to Stay and Play if they wish but the session cost will remain the same. For collection parents and carers will need to come through the gate to the right of the main office and ring the bell on the gate to alert Stay & Play staff. 

Should you need to contact Stay & Play after 4pm, please call the school and chose option 4.

A late charge of £3 per 15mins (or part thereof) is made if you collect your child after 5.30pm.  This is because we have to pay staff and our site manager overtime. We reserve the right to increase the session charge should it not cover our costs and if this is necessary, 6 weeks notice will be given.  Please also note that should you be late collecting your child and we have not received any communication from you, we may have to take further steps and contact social services or the police.
