The average scaled score for Maths Key Stage 2 SATs in 2024 was 104, a figure that remained unchanged from 2022 and 2023. A scaled score of 100 or higher is required to meet the 'expected standard', with a maximum possible score of 120. 

The national average scaled score for the 2024 Key Stage 2 (KS2) reading SATs is 105. This indicates that, on average, pupils achieved above the expected standard of 100, with 74% of pupils meeting the expected standard. The score range for the reading test is 80 to 120.
